A note from our CEO, Catherine Turner

Recruitment should be enjoyed, not endured. I built SearcHive because our clients deserved better. After nearly 30 years placing finance talent, I watched businesses maintain a suite of agencies just to cover their hiring needs, one for senior appointments, another for mid-level, another for interim. Significant fees at every level. No single view of the market. And never quite knowing whether the candidates in front of them were truly the best available, or simply the best that particular agency had to offer at that moment.
